![]() ![]() Ensure that you are dealing with a genuine supplier or retailer authorized by the brand. It is essential to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before making any online payments. To my disappointment, instead of receiving the shoes I had ordered, I was sent a counterfeit pair of sunglasses directly from China. I ordered two pairs of shoes from the website HOKA-SYDNEY, paying a total of $165. Unfortunately, I fell victim to one of these scams myself. However, they are nothing more than scams aimed at deceiving unsuspecting customers. These websites falsely present themselves as legitimate sellers offering HOKA shoes at factory direct prices. Specifically, I would like to warn you about the websites // and //. ![]() Another nugget is that while the original purchase amount was 96.11 they charged my credit card 103.Attention all, I want to bring your immediate attention to a concerning issue regarding fraudulent websites claiming to be authorized representatives of HOKA, a popular running shoe brand. They reinvent themselves over and over again with different addresses. They wrote back and said that their final offer was 50% refund. #HOKA ONE ONE OUTLET FULL#I wrote back again and tell them that I wanted three pair of sneakers or a full refund. I brought this to their attention which they ignored and told me that they would refund 38% of my money which would cover the cost of the glasses that I did not order. ![]() ![]() When I inquired they said that a third-party vendor screwed up and that The sneakers were all sold out despite the fact that I could go back on their site and put any one of the sneakers but they had available on the site in a cart. Instead of three pair of sneakers a tiny box arrived with a fake pair of the cheapest sunglasses I've ever seen. I was doing a search for Hoka sneakers and inadvertently wound up on their site I ordered three pair of sneakers that were advertised as closeouts and several weeks later when I asked where my shipment was they sent me tracking information. The ones I wore for a month actually have a hole right down to the plastic They really are terrible quality please do not be fooled. I'm not a malicious person but I do wish I'd gone up there to protest in person whilst 7000 runners spent a week in my town Only because a huge event was in my town and HOKA sponsored it, did they even agreed to give me the money back for one pair as I threatened to go. They could see all the shoes in the photographs it's absolutely disgraceful. The customer service was terrible because I bought them from local Mountain stores and only had a receipt for one, even though I sent them pictures and the names of the shops, they absolutely refused to help. I'm so gutted as my injured Achilles had actually healed now I'm left with two injuries. I started off with one injury and now I have both. Not only that my physio was completely shocked and told me that these shoes had aggravated both Achilles heels. I walk maximum 5 km a day five times a week and within a month one of them was worn down to the plastic at the heel inside. I was injured and did not walk far at all you're talking maybe 2 km a day.īeing reasonable I put this down to bad luck/ socks (!) and again reading all their self testimony on their site of how good they were for Achilles, stupidly bought another two pairs. The first were purchased and after three months I noticed they'd both worn away completely at the back. Having a damaged left Achilles heel I did extensive research and went in headfirst and bought three pairs of Mach 4 in a few months. Not a complainer by trade but was so upset by the false advertising and the quality of shoes. ![]()
